Jeremy Khoo is an international business operator, founder and blockchain entrepreneur who has successfully exited 3 venture funded companies. He was VP of MC Payment and Group CEO of iFashion - a leading regional retail enabler and conglomerate. Under his leadership, iFashion and it's subsidiaries have raised multiple investment rounds from venture capitalists up to Series B. iFashion was acquired by MC Payment for $23 million.
Jeremy was a Partner and Principal Consultant in Novum Capital, which has accelerated and invested in many high profile companies that went on to sell more than USD150M in tokens so far. Jeremy is also Managing Partner in CRC Capital, which invests into early stage blockchain innovation.
Jeremy co-founded retail blockchain events company BlockliveAsia as well as Crypto-E-Commerce store Megaxstore which spearheaded cryptocurrency mass adoption. Jeremy is involved in blockchain development as a speaker, educator and investor and is also an adjunct lecturer in Nanyang Technological University.
Jeremy obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and also received the prestigious Sword of Honour during Officer Commissioning from the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
Koh Boon Hwee
A distinguished corporate leader and entrepreneur, Boon Hwee is the founding partner of Credence Partners and Chairman of the investment committee. Concurrently, Boon Hwee is a on the Board of Agilent Technologies Inc, AAC Technologies, Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, Sunningdale Tech Limited, Far East Orchard Limited, CM Houlder (SEA) Pte Ltd and Rippledot Capital Advisers Pte Ltd.
Boon Hwee began his career in 1977 at Hewlett Packard ("HP") and rose to become its Managing Director in Singapore, a position he held from 1985 to 1990. Boon Hwee's other previous positions include:
Chairman of Singapore Telecom Group ("SingTel") and its predecessor organisations for 17 years
Chairman of Singapore Airlines Limited ("SIA") for 4 years
Chairman of Development Bank of Singapore ("DBS") for 4 years
Director on the Board of Temasek Holdings Private Limited for 15 years (Boon Hwee also served as a member of the Executive Committee from January 1997 to September 2010)
Chairman of the Wuthelam Group for 10 years
Boon Hwee was named the Outstanding Manager of the Year in 1991 by Business Times and DHL Worldwide. He was conferred The International Herald Tribune Visionary and Leader Honour in January 2003.
Boon Hwee contributes actively to non-profit organisations, and is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Nanyang Technological University and a Director of the Hewlett Foundation in the United States.
Boon Hwee obtained his Bachelor's Degree (First Class Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London in 1972 and his MBA (Distinction) from the Harvard Business School in 1976.
Tan Chow Boon
Chow Boon began his career in 1984 at HP where he started as an engineer and over seven years, held key operational and managerial positions in engineering, production, procurement and materials management.
In 1991, Chow Boon left HP and together with Kiat Wang and founded Omni Electronics, a Singapore EMS company and in 1995, started Eteq Components, a Singapore electronics components distribution company to enhance the EMS service offerings.
Between 1991 and 2004, Chow Boon held various executive positions, including that of Managing Director of Omni Electronics and Eteq Components, Executive Director of Omni Industries and Senior Vice President of Celestica Asia.
Chow Boon obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1984 and his Executive MBA from the Golden Gate University, California in 1992.
Seow Kiat Wang
In 1984, Kiat Wang joined HP and in 1989, left HP to join Micropolis Corporation. Within a span of seven years, Kiat Wang gained extensive operational experience and held various management positions, where he was responsible for product quality and quality system enhancement.
In 1991 Kiat Wang, together with Chow Boon, founded Omni Electronics. He was instrumental in managing the operations excellence in Omni Electronics.
Kiat Wang received his first class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1984 and his Masters degree in Engineering from the same university in 1988.
